“A good and seamless service overall; however, it was about half an hour between joining the queue and embarking the bus on our return - this was after a very late evening flight that had already been delayed by an hour, so was really the last thing we wanted. There was also a queue for the keys once we arrived back and there was no-one around to assist had there been any problems or difficulties with this automated service.”

Experience tinged by the return pickup experience from Luton airport. Waited to speak to the bus driver whilst passengers got on to the just arrived bus, asked if it was the correct bus for Slipend. Informed driver that my daughter was just approaching with her two young children, 2 & 5 years old both in pushchairs as the older has mobility issues, to be told another bus would be along shortly. It was 2am in the morning and my daughter arrived at the stop just as the bus had just started to reverse with the driver looking at us. The next bus arrived 15 minutes later.”

My experience with Airparks Drop and Go was not good, as my car key was not available for collction upon arrival back to the car park at the correct time.
I would be grateful if you could address this, as the waiting time to enable the key and car to be located caused significant inconvenience.

“Reasonable, fast drop off and pick up the reason I give only 1 stars is because at the pick up my car was covered in bird guano and the wind screen had several stone chips sign that was parked unresponsible.”
