“The main problem was locating the car park as out is not signed on the way into the airport. Sat nav sent us to an old entrance which was barricaded. Eventually worked out that we needed to go through Terminal Building car park entrance. Once found location was great. No problems with electronic entry or exit. Now that I know location, I would use this car park again.”
“Booked from 28th of march till 31st midnight. Flight landed at 11.30pm on the 31st and left carpark before midnight but got charged an extra £60 for an overstay as they are stating I was 23.5 hours over. What a scam and will never use this place again. Will warn everyone to stay clear from here”
“Short easy walk into the airport building. We had pre-paid and the instructions for entry and exit on the confirmation emailstated that we were to take the ticket at the entry barrier but no ticket appeared. This caused a bit of a panic as I knew we were returning late at night and didn't want to be trying to find someone at that time to get us out the car park. Turns out that the system has been upgraded and no tickets are now necessary as it it all done on number plate recognition. Instructions on the confirmation email need to be updated to give accurate information.”
