“Parking was limited in multi-story , cars even parking on driving lanes but managed to get a space on level 3. Barriers were a bit confusing on level 2 but all in all great place to park for the airport with no hassle with bus transfers.”
“We used the short stay car park although we parked for more than a week. This was because we hold a disabled driver badge which allows you to park in the short stay car park at long term parking rates and we booked and paid in advance. We were a bit surprised when we arrived that the barrier did not automatically rise but took the proferred ticket anyway. We understood that the gate would rise automatically due to a camera reading the number plate. We were even more surprised that the barrier did not rise when we left the car park and on putting the ticket in the machine said we had to pay £262.00. We then pressed the button to talk to somebody and a disembodied voice advised that they were very busy and could not answer. However, after trying again, someone answered relatively quickly and we explained the position to him. He then checked the records and we eventually got through the barrier. We found all this to be quite stressful and embarrassing and no apology was given. I gave this a three star rating as the parking itself was fine. It was only the entrance and exit which caused problems.”
