“The carpark is very close to the terminal and it was a secure location. However the carpark was obviously overbooked and we spent 15 minutes trying, unsuccessfully to find a space. Eventually staff told us just to park at the side of an access road into the carpark which was clearly not a proper parking space and I was worried the car could be damaged by other passing vehicles. Numbers of other people encountered exactly the same problem as us.”
