“Arrived and parked following the instructions as provided. Very easy to follow and transfer was also quick and easy.
Unfortunately on returning from holiday and putting ticket in the machine to exit car park the display displayed an unpaid amount of £125. I pressed the button to call for assistance and was initially told my booking reference wasn't one of there own. (Starting to get worried at this point). However after checking on his system against my vehicle registration number and my name found the booking after 5 minutes. I must admit I was a bit worried at 2200 hours, just wanting to get home, but was resolved eventually. Must be some issue between APH and Glasgow long stay.”
“Although the drive from M8 to the park is a bit tortuous it is clearly signposted. The connecting buses are frequent enough and comfortable. My only gripe is having to manhandle luggage up into the racks oneself, not easy when you are in your 80's. The driver does not assist you unlike the situation abroad on the airport transfers. Because of this difficulty we just leave the cases on the floor even though this is forbidden. I'd rather break that rule than suffer a heart attack or stroke!”
