“I was charged an extra £50 on exit from the carpark when it was not my fault after BA cancelled my flight from London Heathrow to Glasgow and I had to get the express train back home …there should be some understanding regarding this when it’s not my fault”
“Mostly ok but on return trip arriving at 2am, the solo bus running was swamped with tired passengers trying to get back to the car park, so we had to wait around 40 mins to get to the car”
“Great location and regular bus transfer to departure gates. Take a note of closest bus stop number in car park so you remember where you are. Auto reg reading in and out. Email does mention taking a ticket out the machine but that has stopped. Would use again for next trip. Look for offers as wife is a carer and she got money off.”
“No hassle. Drove up to the barrier, my number plate was recognised, and I parked the car. A bus arrived 5 minutes later and drove us to the terminal. Upon return the bus was outside the terminal, took us to the car park, we jumped into the car, approached the barrier and it recognised the number plate and lifter straight away. Easy”
“Had an extended wait, beyond 30 minutes, for a return bus from the airport to the carpark on our arrival back to Glasgow at our planned time that was included in the booking. This was disappointing”
