“Very convenient airport parking. Book in advance, approach the barrier and it will recognise your number plate, park, walk to the nearest bus stop, wait a few minutes and the shuttle bus will pick you up and drop you off at the terminal! On return, look for bus stance 3, then the shuttle bus will return you to the car park. To exit, drive up to the barrier and go! My flight was delayed so I left the car park 4 hours after my booking had ended, but there was no problem. Thank you!”
“I had a very stressful experience on the arrival, I had a late flight arriving after 11pm by the time I got to the car park was after midnight wen trying to get through the barrier it said I owed £155 I tried to phone the number on the email because there wasn't no one on site the number came back as not recognised I then asked help of one of the bus drivers that I'm very grateful for.
The staff member on the intercom said the charges was correct because I was 24 hours late I was supposed to arrive on the 1st and now was the 2nd, like I said before my flight arrived after 11pm but by the time I arrived at the carpark was after midnight but that doesn't make it 24 hours after alot of messing around and saying that he would reduce the charge the machine didn't seem to work and he just opened the barrier with no charge.
After a long day of travelling this is not something I would like to experience.”
“When I arrived, the machine never gave a ticket as I was on the ANPR, but was expecting a ticket as per the instructions, this worried me slightly, spoke to another customer on the bus who said it wouldn't give a ticket if on the ANPR, which helped. I struggled to find a space, but found one after driving round a couple of times.
The bus was there at the right time, and was in the terminal in no time.
Coming home, the bus was there, even at 0100 in the morning, a quick journey and back at the car.
The worry about not having the ticket came back, but the barrier opened and we were away!!
Please check the wording of the instruction e-mail about getting a ticket. But the rest of the experience was fantastic”

“First time using the long stay car park at Glasgow, definitely will be using it again for any holidays in the future.
After parking my car there was a carpark bus sitting waiting to take us to the terminal. On our arrival back from holiday the car park bus was outside the arrivals terminal to take us back.
