“I made my booking in advance online. Then I got a new car so tried to update details online and not possible. Only name address etc were editable. Called the number several times and no answer. I emailed 24hrs before my trip to change details but unfortunately the email wasn't picked up in time. I got an email 2 days later while on my trip to say that I'd need to talk with a member of staff on exit. So, on return 2am pitch dark I couldn't see the call button on the exit barrier and was being asked to pay £155 to exit. Reversed out and called the help number. Very helpful guy told me where the talk button was, so back in to the barrier and spoke to the same guy who again was very nice..he searched my details and thankfully lifted the barrier for me.
Carpark itself was easy to find and way up at the back had lots of decent size spaces. Would still recommend as it's a good price in advance.”
“Parking was great. Bus was there to drop us off at the airport and pick us back up, didn’t have to wait about at all. The drivers were great too, on the way back to the car it was early hours of the morning and he dropped us off right at our car to save us walking on the dark. Will definitely book again.”
