“Parking spaces are very tight for even my small car. Can park but doors very close together!
Had to wait ages for a bus. Why staff and passengers?? Why not mix us all?? Staff barged on passenger bus and I nearly didn’t get off in time!!”
“I couldn't fault this service. Reasonably priced, easy to find and easy to use. The barrier opened automatically on arrival so no faffing needed with tickets and likewise when leaving. The bus came quickly when we arrived and when we returned, we walked out the terminal to find the bus waiting. It was all seamless and I would definitely recommend.”
“No instructions on where to get the bus to take you back to your car. Very frustrating. Unable to make a phone call for any enquiries. Last thing you need on return from a long haul flight.”
“It was very difficult to find a parking space, we ended up parking in the 'staff only' area - we only found this out after parking and waiting for the bus. An airline employee said this wouldn't be a problem, and indeed it wasn't, but we could have done without the anxiety it caused us. Booking, entering and leaving the car park and also the bus service were fine”
“Adjacent to Airport and clear directions on how to get there. No waiting for frequent shuttle bus either on departing to or returning from holiday. Would definitely use again.”
“Parking at Glasgow airport is so easy and convenient. Transfer bus is usually waiting for you, and only takes 5 minutes. Can’t beat it, takes away the hassle of waiting for taxis, not to mention the cost of taxis. I’d definitely recommend parking at airport in future!”
