“Car park was easy to find , staff were very friendly, the buses run about every ten minutes , there was a bus waiting when our plane arrived which was great ,
The only negative was all the paperwork said collect your ticket on entry and keep it as you need it when leaving , you don't get a ticket as it's number plate regonition , I had to go back to the barrier to ask about the ticket it's not a biggie but maybe APH should update the instructions

“Booking, access to the car park and finding a space was ok. However, the barrier did not open when we came to leave the car park on our return although this was dealt with promptly.”
“Easy to find and good transfer service .Only problem we had was when we were exiting it never had our new car registration even though I received a confirmation email telling me they did so caused a bit of panic”
“Arrived early morning and bus was already waiting when and was easy to get on and off. On return bus was right outside the airport terminal waiting great service”
