“APH provides an excellent service and we always return to APH for parking. This was the first time using APH Gatwick EV. The car is charged ready for our return. Unfortunately it wasn't fully charged i.e. to 80% but 63% (and when we collected it to drive away there was only 123 miles). Therefore, in the early hours of the morning we only just reached home some 100 miles+”
“Smooth service. Only slight issue was that I thought I had paid for a full charge on my EV and not a partial charge up to 130 miles only. This was my error and not APH, however I think it needs to be more prominent on the booking website, that the charge is only a minimum charge. Other than that, staff were friendly and I would recommend.”

“The service was good. I have to say though that when I picked up my ev car after our holiday it was not fully charged. This was a problem as we did not have enough miles to get home. I feel that it could be made clear that if you pay the lower amount your car may not be charged fully.”
“We recently had to return home from holiday due to my father in law passing away suddenly. As we where abroad and had parked our car at APH Manchester and we were not due to return till 25th September. My brother in law rang APH Customer Services based at Gatwick on our behalf and a lovely lady called Helen was most helpful and sent APH Manchester an email requesting our car to be ready available for our early pick up on 8th September. Then she kindly sent us an email confirming everything would be in place. Thank you to all concerned. Will definitely recommend to family and friends as well as keep using APH ourselves.”
