“Left our electric car at Gatwick APH for 2.5 weeks while we were away. Very easy drop off early in the morning. They charged our car for us on arrival - you have to provide your own charging lead which we took, we turned off all the sentry modes etc to try and conserve the battery while we were away.
On arrival back to the UK the bus was there at the stop when we arrived. The bus driver was a lovely lady who was super helpful with 2 very tired children and lots of cases helped us take them on and off the bus. Pick up was super simple and we had loads of battery left on the car to get home. All in all a really great experience. We will be using these every time we fly now.”
“Easy to find car park just minutes from South Terminal. Easy drop off by the check-in and assistance with your luggage onto the transfer bus. Car was fully charged on the first day and ready for us when we returned.
Only comment would be clearer signage on arrival where to park your EV. We thought the instructions said to park in EV bays but we were told rather abruptly that was wrong and that we should just park in the normal check-in lanes. BTW remember to bring your charging cable and leave it visible in the boot.”
“Great service. My car was fully charged on my return and the charging cables had thoughtfully been tidied away in the boot.
The bus driver was friendly and helpful lifted all our luggage into the racks.”
