“This was the first time of using APH and will certainly be using again in the future, great service and friendly staff, as an EV driver you do have to plan ahead with regards charging your car, so when I read that APH offer the facility of charging your car as part of the parking packing, this was excatly what I was looking for, the process is so straight forward you drop your car at the drop off zone, check your car in and the staff do the rest, the car gets charged before being parked in a bay so you know that has been done, on our return it was so stress free, text the number provided that we had landed and my car was ready and waiting in a designated collection bay, and was stress free knowing that I had a fully charged car ! For me the highlights were, the excellent facility and friendly staff, we have never experineced a bus driver helping us on and off the bus with our luggage, this is a first, so above and beyond service, and the most important thing was that my car was well cared for, as I am usually reluctant to park somewhere where you have to leave your keys, but no issues at all, would highlighly recommend to anyone travelling from Gatwick and needs to park their car, and if you have an EV highligly recommend the charging package as saves the worry on your retun.”
