“I don't normally fly from Gatwick and was worried that the majority of car parks around Gatwick seemed to keep your keys rather than allowing you to park yourself (you hear a lot of stories about cars being left on housing/industrial estates for the week etc) but as I didn't have a lot of choice I booked through APH as they also offered to charge my EV while I was on holiday which would save us time on our homeward journey.
It was plain to see on arrival that this was a professional company and I needn't have worried. I could also see through the car app on my phone that the car was kept for the duration within their secure compound.
The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful, toilets were available as well which is always a plus when travelling with the wife and kids! The bus driver helped us with our cases as I was carrying a bit of a football injury so struggled a little to lift them onto the shelves A+++++
On our return the bus driver helped us again (and others on the bus too) with our cases and the car was all primed and good to go.
I wouldn't have any issues using APH again. Very pleased with the service.”
