“This carpark is a fair walk from the terminal especially if you have a heavy case. Around 7 minutes at a reasonable pace. Otherwise a good choice. I've used it many times rather than those with a shuttle bus that are farther away.”
“Easy to book. Easy to find and enter the car park, however exiting the car park in the dark is quite difficult. Although there are big ‘EXIT’ signs with arrows high up, it would help if there were more visible arrows on the ground/road as we ended up going round in circles and even into a different area of the car park before finally finding the exit. When it’s dark, wet and full of cars the exit is difficult to see. Other than that it was good”
“The entry to the car park was not great….big queue, cars driving up to the barrier then reversing to try and get the number plate recognition to work.
Became apparent that this wasn’t working so everyone was then having to call for assistance.
Someone walked by and stated that this hadn’t been working……if this was the case why wasn’t there a note in the entrance so that people weren’t wasting time trying to get in with number plate recognition!
Fair distance to walk to the terminal too…..why no transfer buses?
We have used East Midlands before but usually Jet Parks, always been a good experience but wasn’t this time. Disappointed for the price we paid.”
