“We often use car park 3 but on this visit and on previous occasions the barrier on exit did not open and when contacted via intercom we were told that someone would come and work it manually.
This I found very annoying and unacceptable”
“Arriving was ok but on exit the barrier did not open. The lady on the help button said our cars were not paid for. After stressing they were paid for we had to find the paperwork to give her the booking references. It was only then they allowed us to leave. At 2am in the morning this did not go down very well.”
