“Good transfer to terminal and back.
Reasonable sized car park space. (despite inconsiderate parking by others)
Bad point. The ANR did not work on arrival. Tried the reverse up and down a few times still no response.
Looked for the intercom button but it was not visible (3.30 am) as other cars arriving I had no option but to take the token as instructed by the machine.
I looked for a phone number to ring APH to inform of the situation but couldn't find one so emailed them.
No response and on arrival back predictably the barrier would not raise.
This time the intercom button was visible (it is not obvious!) and eventually got a rather curt operaor who was clearly fed up with people taking the token to enter. She did make me reverse up and down in a futile attempt to raise the barrier much to the consternation of te car behind!
In the end she did manage to cancel the token and get the barrier raised.
I talked to several people waiting at the stop on the way to the terminal and 3 of them had had the same problem.
So overall good, but try and improve the ANR.”
“No issues. Dropped the car off and picked it up where we left it. I was a bit worried I will get charged extra as my flight was delayed by 1hr. But no xtra charge was good.
The postcode however did send us down a farm road.”
