“Arriving at night, not easy to see bus stops. Had to walk a long way before a bus to terminal was available. Coming back driver of bus dropped us off in wrong place, we had no idea how to find car and lots of luggage to drag around.”
“Making the booking, getting in and out of the car park was all fine.
Extreamely dissapointed to return to our car to find dints and paint scratches on both driver and passenger sides.”
“The Sat Nav does not get you to the car park, only to the area around and including EMA.
Your post code ref is insufficient, it is far to vague for the sat nav to place one accurately.
I was directed using your PCode to a small village adjacent to the EMA complex.
My 7 year old BMW has never had its sat nav do this to me before.
After asking members of the public, in the area, no one could help.
The signage is absolutely, and unequivacally uselss.
It is far to small and far to `cluttered` and only reads Long Stay2 when coming from the one way not both.
When you are trying to find the correct car park you will not see the one denoting Long Stay 2 unless you enter the road system from the east.
If, as I did , entered it from the west, nothing, and I mean nothing says Long Stay2...you will only see this coming the other way (from the east)
Your parking bays are far to short and narrow, meant really for small cars, and I could not open my door easily without damaging it by banging into the car next to mine.
I hope never to have to use EMA APH ever again in the future.
The bus pick-up system is inadequate as it is, `in fact`every 35 plus minutes; plus shelters are far too few and far between, with one near to Long Stay2, actually closed for public usage.
The signage saying pick-up/drop off is every 20 minutes, this is not the case.
They (the bus) dropped me 500 plus meters short (from the Long Stay2 car park frontage) and could not care less when I asked him to drop me closer.
When I arrived, I walked ( I HAD TO WALK) from Long Stay2, all the way to the Departures Entrance hall.
An Airline Captain, who was also walking towards the terminal, said, in full agreement, that the signage for Long Stay 2 is virtually non-existant.
You and your company`s employees are not as good as the ones at Birmingham Airport, with the one person I had to try and find help with, using your emergency button at the boom, being rude and evasive, almost as if he had had a lot of people having a go at him...I presume, or was just a grumpy person !
Not a pleasure, not a nice experience, just a very bad and stressful one, APH, you need to get your act together at EMA.”
“Easy to park, frequent buses. You catch the bus on the road so no riding around car parks to different stops. All in all satisfied with this parking option and would use again .”
