“All automated from number plate on online booking so don't get it wrong! Maybe there is a number to ring if there is a problem in your email. I haven't checked as it all worked smoothly for us. Remember where you park as there aren't any numbers that we noticed. Like fact we kept our car key. No toilets or manned cabin. Ok if that suits you.”
“bus transfer useless - waited 20 minutes then full so walked on return must have been 120 people waiting for bus so walked luckily weather was ok
on leaving car park failed to recognize number plate so had call and wait for someone to answer and lift barrier. - very poor all round”
“Bus stop signage non existant. Also barrier did not lift on exit despite my paperwork showing the correct car registration. I had to reverse to let the queue behind out. I was told on the intercom that the system did not recognise my reg.”
“Plenty of space to park. Shuttle bus was regular and had us to the airport in no time. We did have an issue getting into car park, number plate reader did not identify our car and neither did the bar code reader. We did manage to get barrier to open after pressing button and having disc, however on our return again the barrier didn't open for us to exit we had to wait for someone to answer the assistance call, and they opened the barrier for us.”
“Buses quite hard to spot as there are standard service buses as well so we found it easier to do the 10-15 min walk, obviously not the best if the weather is bad.”
