“Straight forward process to book and to park. Only criticism is that I returned during darkness and there is no announcement or signage that you can see or hear on the transfer bus to tell you which car park the bus has stopped at.”
“Car park ok, however getting in and out was problematic as camera never picked up the car on arrival. I then took a token for admittance.
On leaving the exit requested £1000 to leave, upon speaking to the controller my booking was found and we were released”
“Easy to find plenty of spaces , had to wait a while for the bus to arrive but expected a wait on return bus waiting hopped on and back to car park within 10 mins all in all a good service”
“No issues getting in or out of the car park or finding a parking spot. Buses could perhaps run more frequently - it would be a problem in bad weather as there is no shelter.”
