“Got on the transfer bus - the only case storage available on the bus was way above my reach - no help from the driver - in fact the driver was telling me to hurry up, even though it was obvious that I could not lift a 15kg suitcase above my head (I'm 5ft tall and 51 years old) - a random member of the public on the bus had to come and help me. Very poor indeed.”
“No problem finding the car park and parking space. There is a little bit of a walk to the bus stop which could be a problem in bad weather condition. On return no problem bus waiting outside terminal. Would I use it again yes I would”
“Had to over 30 mins for the bus to take us to the airport. Several buses drove passed. It was only when a driver of a out of service bus saw us waiting in the freezing cold made a non routine stop to pick up us at 4 pm in the morning..
Not very satisfactory. On the return journey not vert clear what queue to stand in for the right bus”
