“Arrived at the car park at 1.30 am along with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. On trying to exit the car park we were unable to as the camera did not seem to recognise the number plate. We let our daughter try and the barrier lifted immediately. We tried again several times unsuccessfully. Having to resort to calling the help button, the attendant knew who we were and manually lifted the barrier. Very stressful at any time, but at that time even more so.”
“It is approximately an easy 10 minute walk to the terminal which we chose to do to stretch our legs. Alternatively there are free shuttle buses every 15/20 minutes with the bus stop close by.”
“Return delayed by 24hours due to cancelled flight. This was dealt with efficiently and quickly with a very reasonable fee at the exit barrier of Long Stay 2. The bus driver was friendly and helpful despite only just starting the job. Thank you.”
“i booked thru perks at work, on day off holiday 8th july 23 went to long stay 2 gate only to find date will not open, tried position car straight still wont open , then there was a que so pressed button for token , i did'nt see the call button. so parked up car , and rang the number on my document only to get not service. so went back to gate and found the help button , only to find the person to be very unhelpful , you be charged £1000, which was very worrying , so went to main off who could'nt help referred to main office, so forgot about it until end of holiday , came back went to gate put in orange token expecting gate to open only to show pay £1000, so hit button for 247 help , she could'nt find my reservation initially but finally found me and let me out. was very stressed throughout and inconvience, late at night so not a very good experiance .”
