“We have used the APH Meet & Greet at many UK airports and always found the process very quick and efficient. However, on our return to East Midlands Airport, we could not see any signs in the Arrivals section directing us to the Meet & Greet Office. Enquiring at Greggs, I was told it's probably through the door marked Taxi. When I found the Office I mentioned this to the Meet & Greet staff who said they will check the signage. Other than this hiccup the overall experience was again very good.”
