“After parking my car we then sort of found out where to go we left the keys with you. On our return, we had problems with the brakes and handbrake. We then have problems with the brakes until we had to take the car to the garage. Very unhappy with your meet and greet. We have used your company on many occasions at other airports where you parked the car very close to where we dropped the car off and had no problems. Not sure what went wrong this time”
