“We have used EM Meet & Greet on numerous occasions, however when we arrived we were initially told that we had no booking with them despite an email and booking reference confirming our booking. We were eventually allowed to park and everything was eventually resolved. On return to our car after our holiday we noticed that the loose change we keep for parking had been taken from our console between the front seats! Lesson learned but disappointed with this outcome.”
