“From arriving and departing from E.M.A., the service was excellent upon arrival I was greeted over the intercom system by name, I explained I had a wheelchair passenger and was directed to a parking area nearer to the office, upon checking in I was advised that my car would be parked in close proximity to the meet and greet office when I returned. This all happened and the staff in the office were friendly and informative.
