“We have used meet and greet at East Midlands airport several times and find this the most stress free way of parking that we've used. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient and on the one occasion in the past when my wife had a stay abroad in hospital and we were a week late getting back, went beyond their role to help us. The latest trip was equally as good as far as meet and greet were concerned. Many thanks for your service.”

I had my disabled nan and 2 children with extra needs with me and the lady who gave me my key was wonderful and arranged for my car to be brought closer for me and advised me to let you know next time if we have disability as they will make sure it’s closer”
“The meet and greet was great apart from the man who was on duty when we went to collect our car. He was very unprofessional and on greeting my husband said “yeah what do you want?””
“Everything worked well, especially on the late night return, it was very quick. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only problem was at the drop off. It was about 1pm and very busy. I had to queue for over 20 minutes to hand over the keys which was a bit stressful as we'd been delayed getting there and the clock was ticking for checking in.”
