“on arriving back in the UK, I went to pick the keys up for my car only to be told the car is not here yet.
The next person who got involved told me the car had already been booked out. they both disappeared and when they came back they started looking at the keys on the board.
one person took a key and disappeared again when he came back he said this is your car and gave me the information about where it was without any apologies. All this took over 20 minutes.
I am not at all happy with the service that I paid for, I should not have paid for mistakes”
“Easy to leave and collect car. Polite staff who were helpful and polite. Grateful they were pleasant as we were an hour late arriving. Only problem was exiting the airport! Not strictly your bag but signing was not clear at 2.15am! Had to reverse twice!
Thanks for caring for the car - the driver must have been tiny as every gadget was minimised!!”
