“Damaged my car was told at 1am you can manage to drive but at 50 mph and someone will get in contact. Well no-one has bothered to contact me 11 days later so phoned up and was told you need to fill out a feedback form to get an incident number. Finally got back to me today saying we are very busy will contact you at another date. What a bloody shambles my car is unroad worthy due to them breaking the front spring + top bearing which I have had to get sorted waste of bloody time no-ones bothered.”
