“We arrived at the airport in the early hours of Tuesday morning. This being our first visit to this airport. The driver was waiting for us as we came out of the arrivals hall and took us to the car parks. However, he never informed us which park we were entering and in the dark we had no idea hence we ended back at the terminal. Due to not knowing which car park we were in. Either the drivers should identify as you enter or have clear illuminated signs to assist passengers.”
“The parking is good, easy to go in and out, not to distant from the airport.
The buses are not good enough. Travelling with big luggage can be a challenge as the spaces are limited and it's likely that you have to put it on the high shelves as there's no space. No everyone can lift 20kg over their heads”

“This was a very easy and smooth parking system and would definitely book again . However, on a more disappointing note the experience with customer service (bus driver) and professionalism on my return was far from a positive experience. A Curt, passive aggressive and unhelpful member of staff who would not answer questions from myself and other passengers and was also seen shaking his head and muttering under his breath . This is not what you want on your return to the Uk .”
“Easy to find and to find parking space. Bus to airport easy to locate and arrived at airport in plenty of time. The return journey by bus was a bit chaotic. Partly due to passengers not stacking their cases in a more appropriate manner. Meaning that there were cases in the standing area. BUT we were literally packed in line sardines, and it felt unsafe. Partly due to staff going to work on the site we’re also catching the buses and this is what lead to the over crowding. Would I still use Jet Parks 2, definitely, it was partly due to passengers not using their commence sense and stacking their cases correctly, not much the driver could do about that, and to be honest, I don’t see what you as a company could do either. But it was a comment I felt I needed to make about feeling unsafe at one point”
