“Not liking the very large stones in the driving aisles when have a small car. Plus makes it harder to walk on to get to the bus stop with cases.
After a delayed flight in middle of the night, less attitude from bus driver would have been nicer. Left the bus with everyone sat on it for a good 10 minutes. Never said what stop he was stopped at inside car parks. It was dark and if not used your system before don't necessarily understand the return. Everyone confused which are park bus was in 1/2. People getting on to go to airport too before everyone off who was returning. It was very manic. One barrier wouldn't lift to allow exit either. Wasn't impressed and would re think options another time. We usually fly from Leeds or have used Hilton taxi services from East Midlands before.”

“A notice on board requesting passengers to place their cases on their sides in the racks would assist with space. Many passengers on a full coach placed theirs flat so others had to leave luggage in the walkway making it dangerous to try passing.”
