“Jet Parks 2 was easy to find and entry and exit via the barrier went smoothly though we had a slight delay getting in as the people in front of us had to call for assistance before gaining entry. The wait for the shuttle bus pick up wasn't too bad and there was a bus waiting on our return to the airport and there was a short but acceptable wait before it then set off to drop at JP2.”
“Bus rammed full, which is fine but people weren’t moving down and sitting so bus driver couldn’t drive but feel like it wasn’t stressed people needed to go sit down. As we dropped off arrivals, we also collected departures which was very time consuming as the bus was absolutely rammed with people which made it difficult to get cases off. When I have used Jet Parks at Manchester, they drop off all of the arrivals, then go around again to pick up all of the departures which is a much better system. Probably didn’t help it was 3:30am and was knackered.”
“Easy to find , parked up and a bus arrived 15 mins later to drop me at the airport doors. The only thing I found hard was lifting my cases on the bus and off again . I have a disability due to pain and a weak arm. It was stressful as I held people up behind me and this made me feel uncomfortable.”
