“I would recommend to fridge to use park 1 not 2 due to park 2 being that much further away. The bus journey to the airport was easy enough but leaving was chaos and took some time before the buses arrived”
“Arrived at the bus stop at 1:50pm, a bus was just leaving, next bus arrived at 2:20pm, not really a bus every 20 mins
Two long stay buses pulled up whilst we waited for ours.

“Plenty of space to park your car. Lots of lighting and cameras. Bus staff are very friendly. Then the return bus stop at the airport is easily found.”
“Parking was easy to find and well sign posted. The ANPR camera worked quickly on entry and exit. The wait for the bus was ok but car park is not really walkable.”

“On arrival in the early hours there were a number of cars trying to enter the car park. There was a problem trying to get the barrier to raise, when that failed then trying to contact assistance through the call button. This process had to be repeated by each driver to gain entry.
After parking I went to bus stop 3 only to be confronted by a large full and overflowing rubbish bin with litter on the floor..
I returned 1 week later, the courtesy bus on approaching the entrance to the car park there were several cars each attempting to enter the car park again unable to raise the barrier without difficulty obviously causing our bus to be delayed.
On leaving the car park I had to drive over a faulty power cable cover that struck the underside of my vehicle (no damage). There appears to be heavy construction work in that car park
I understand there can always technical issues but have difficulty accepting the same fault 1 week later. I have used APH Parking a number of times without issue.”
