“On arrival at 3.00am it was shocking service, buses overcrowded, not calling into jet Park 2 from jet Park 1, arrived at departures 1 hour later so the 20 min service wasn't being adhered too. Journey back, very friendly driver, good service, should be hassle free at all times”
“Good to see that the roadways are properly tarmaced but it's difficult to drag suit cases between the parked cars to access the bus stops as the parking bays are still covered with stones and gravel, which spill onto the roads.
Helpful bus drivers makes this car park useful.”
“We had a bit of a problem when we tried to exit the car park. It was asking for a further payment of £10 even though we had paid right up to the date we arrived back. I tried to contact someone on the intercom without success but all of a sudden the barrier opened.”
