“Was fooled into booking on this site, thinking it was EMA meet & greet, which I've used many times before.
Got a shock when I arrived, to be told it wasn't my usual Meet & Greet.
It's a rip off & was most unhappy to have to pay the driver £6 for him to exit. Thought my car would be staying on site, but no, don't know where it was parked whilst I was away!
On return to collect my car, had to pay another £6 to exit the car park.
I will be NOT be using this company again.
APH, it says on the website, got fooled once, never again.

“It was no different to going in a normal car park and parking yourself. They moved my car and if was a case of finding it when you got back off holiday. I thought meet and greet was when they met you at the entrance , you took your cases out and went into the airport and then met you when you came out of arrivals, but not this one. On arrival I had to park my car and give the man £6 the when we got back I had to pay £6 to get out”

Speaking to the gentleman on the phone who was very helpful and polite and made it all very easy, on arrival, someone was there waiting to take our car, on the way back, a quick call and our car was ready to go. “Do not use APH .Cost me a extra £140 then they put the blame on myself and others.I followed instructions as given . Park my vehicle in the instructed parking bay. i was met by a man waiting in a grey uniform and florescent jacket, I asked if he needed my keys he replied in broken English take your keys with you.Myself and my wife found this strange because we have used meet and greet at other airports.
The vehicle was safe in the carpark so we went on holiday with the keys.
On our return we entered the exit the barrier would not lift .We pressed for help only to be told we should have a token and now must pay £140 .I did tell the operator i had a child in my car and i had paid.
I went to the Parking office they phoned the office only to be toldI must pay or the cost shall rise.
I paid reluctently but I had been in the carpark for 2 hours.
I was informed by the payment office at the Airport the provider APH would reemburst me my money.
This turned out not to be true I phoned AHP they said it was my fault and that East Midlands Airpotort Parking and AHP shall not pay nothing.
PLEASE take care when useing this company.”
