“When I got there it was closed. Apparently they had taken bookings for the site prior to it opening for the season. A notice taped on the barrier sent me to an alternative car park which was fine but the whole issue should not have arisen in the first place and customers should have been correctly informed. It caused huge stress and some delay at the start of the holiday”
