“Arrived early morning on 21st April only to find the car park closed,I was redirected to long stay car park 1 it would have been a good idea to give me prior warning of this. On arrival at long stay car park 1 , also it would be a good idea to illuminate the point at the entrance because with the darkness and heavy rain the enquiry button could hardly be seen.
Apart from this the bus service was excellent”
“It is well signposted and easy to find. There are plenty of bus stops and you don't wait too long.
Good communication leading up to the parking was good too.”
“We utilised Jet parks in April 2023 for a week and the car was safe, secure throughout our stay.
The shuttle buses got us back to the Jet park, and exiting the park was easy too.
We would definitely use again

“a little problem when I got to carpark barrier did not open. the notice said to use a long stay 1 carpark. The notice said I should have got the email, but I did not receive anything. Otherwise, everything was ok.”
