“As is often the case this time of the year, we were moved to Mid Stay 3, which was fine and nearer the airport departure so no waiting for the coach on the way back, which was good given the cold when we returned. APH is a great company to use to get the best parking. Would always recommend.”
“Turned up at Jetparks 1 at 3.15a.m total darkness and the barrier not appearing to be working. On pressing the call button we were told that the car park was closed for the Winter. We were told to go to car park 3 instead. It would have been very helpful to have been told this in advance of arriving at a closed car park in the dark”
“Booked in jet parks for morning flight. Upon arrival was told via intercom car park was closed and we'd been moved to another car park on site . Though closer we had no shuttle service and had to walk. Had no communication from jet park regards change to parking”
“Went there it was CLOSED AND CLOSED FOR THE WINTER so had to go to another one . How come no one tells you that these car parks are closed for the winter . And still have to star it even though wasn’t in there”
