“My car had broken down the day before my travel and spent 4 hours trying to update my details, for another vehicle, with no joy. The site itself would not allow me access to change details!!!!The car park space was not used, so really not very happy.
No one answered the phone numbers I was given and no one responded to any of the emails till I was actually on holiday. Therefore I had to pay for alternative. I have since heard from your site, but as expected, I am unable to do anything about it, they say I could have turned up in another vehicle, but this was not forthcoming BEFORE the holiday. VERY UNHAPPY.”
“Easy parking system with regular bus service to the departure terminal. On returning bus stop directly outside arrival terminal. Pleasant bus driver on both journeys.”
“Hi, we were originally booked into Jet Parks but were then instructed to park in Long Stay 1 (Jet Parks would be closed during some or all of our stay). However, when we arrived at Long Stay 1, the barrier would not let us through. We had to speak with someone on the intercom who reported that 'the change had not been updated on their system'. That said, it did not take long to sort out the issue - and were given a token to gain access to (and exit from) the car park. Many thanks.”
