“Driving for an hour and then arriving at 3:30am, for only the second time we have ever used the parking in 5 years, yet again, the same as the last time, the car reg was not recognised, and the bar code did not scan. This made for a stressful situation when then we pressed the button to buzz for help and no one answered the phone. We tried multiple times. Eventually after parking up at the side of the road for 15 minutes we tried again and a lady finally answered. We went through the details, and she let us in finally.
Everything was a rush from then on... Very stressful.
Pick up on the return was no issue at all.”
“Easy to book and enter/exit car park with no complications. However, the price was high- should have booked earlier to get lower price but I actually don’t think the price should change just because you’re booking closer to the time you need to park. Also the car park surface was not great - very stony, not nice tarmac surface like long stay car parks and there were glass bottles on floor in places. Good to get a discount with APH otherwise it would have been even more expensive”
“No issues arriving/departing from the car park.
We had a problem with our car and had to amend the details at the last minute. This was done very efficiently when we contacted Jet Parks and we had no problems after that

“Perhaps a little difficult to spot entrance. Not a problem though. Bus timings as per booking. Driver courteous. Return to vehicle early morning. Had the foresight to photograph bus stop 2 and the relationship to row G where we parked on arrival. Pity the traveller who cannot remember these two minor details. It all looks very similar at night!
A passenger on the return bus wasn't sure whether they had parked at JP1 or JP2. Gonna be a long night for them.”
