“easy to access, buses were very regular,
the exit barrier doesn't seem to always pick up registrations on exit as we have had to use the intercom twice when leaving.”

Just 1 downfall.
On return from holiday the bus picked up the the arrivals building and crammed passengers for Jetparks 1 and 2 all on 1 vehicle, which meant Jetparks 2 passengers were having to drag their cases of the bus to let other Jetparks 1 passengers off. Which meant they had to stand in the rain whilst Jetparks 1 passengers disembarked.
A bus for each park would have been a better idea.”

Faults...
Car park is not maintained well enough which is a minor with weeds everywhere! As a major issue there is large loose gravel stones that can flick up at the cars. Difficult to manoeuvre suitcases across to the pick up points due to large gravel stones everywhere and unsteady to walk on particulArly for the older generation!
On return to the airport pick up was easy, however at the first stop at the car park the driver picked up loads of passengers which caused problems for those of us needing to get off with all our luggage!
We personally would find alternative car park if flying from EMA in the future.”
“Easy to find well-signed posted I had a little issue when I drove up to the gate the barrier wouldn't go up with my registration contacted customer services through the intercom and was sorted straight away gave me a little token so I could get back out when I finish my holiday perfect”
