“Due to the closure of the M1 (both directions) we were running late for our arrival at airport/flight out so we literally drove in, found a space, stood at bus stop, got on bus and then we were delivered to the airport just in time thanks to the ease of which the carpark runs.”
“I have used Jet Parks 1 for many years. However, for the first time on 9th August 23, I was unable to exit the car park barrier despite being within the registered time frame. There was a long queue behind me and I had to wait some time for the assistance phone to be answered. After giving my car registration, I was eventually able to exit. I am sure this was a blip and it will not stop me using Jet Parks again.”
