“We arrived middle of the night being 2 women and 2 children. The service and welcome we received was 5*. The gentleman sorted our cases while we got onto the minibus with the children. We were helped at the airport also and guided toward the departure area.
On arrival back at Cardiff airport. The minibus was already waiting and the service once again was 5*. The gentleman driver took our cases from the top of the steps down to the minibus while we jumped on. He was chatting to the kids asking about the holiday on the quick drive back to the car park. He dropped us off literally at our car and loaded the cases into the boot for us. What a fantastic outstanding service we received. We complimented our driver before we left.”
