“Always a straight forward service, pleasant staff and drivers. Only fault was mini bus wasn’t waiting for us on arrival back to airport in Cardiff. I phoned and they said bus wasn’t on its way with other passengers to be dropped off at terminal then it would be with us .”

We had a 2 hour+ delay on our return flight and were a bit concerned that since the take over of the Highwayman by APH whether the service would remain at the same level of high customer service. Reassuringly, so far so good and pick up was there, with no suggestion of further cost to us due to the delay.”
