“This was the first time I’d used this company and this type of parking system but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy, convenient and safe it was.
Yes, the Cardiff site was a little difficult to find - especially on a dark January morning in the middle of one of the named storms we had in January 2026 and down quite narrow lanes, but when I did find it, the convenience of just leaving your car & the car key with the person behind the desk was so easy.
There isn’t a very long wait for the minibus to the airport and you’re dropped quite close to the main entrance and shown exactly where the minibus will be for your return journey.
Everyone I met (the chap on the desk to the drivers) were friendly and helpful.
I’ll definitely use them again & have already booked another trip abroad & am using APH again (although the next one will be Bristol).
Good that you get a discount on subsequent bookings (although the amount of discount varies between airports).”
