“Friendly, efficient service but they didn’t mention the extra £14 charge until after the booking was made.
Basically, they collect and return your car to Bristol’s (daylight robbery) ‘Drop &Go’ car park. You have to leave £7 in cash in your car on drop off for them to exit the car park and pay yourself on collection. It was still cheaper than booking with the airport directly but, probably legally?, should be notified in advance.”
“Not there to meet us on arrival from Malta. They hadn't monitored the flight (which was 1.5 hour late) as they promised. On the other hand, I couldn't phone them as arranged because my phone was dead but I was very disappointed. It was 1am and I had to go to their competitor for help. They charged my phone so they could phone Forge Meet & Greet. He came within about half an hour. But we were tired and had to hang around in the cold.”
“Gives the impression of being a one man band as told on way out of airport that it was only him working that day and he sounded very stressed. Then upon return was asked to wait an extra half hour in airport because he was on his own that day too and there were already 2 other customers ahead of us. Also beware the extra costs on top of the booking. It gives the impression it's good value but when you print off the booking confirmation it tells you you need to leave £7 in the car when you arrive at the airport so the exit from the Drop and Go is covered then you need to pay the same amount when they bring the car back to you. So what looked like a good deal was actually £14 more.”
