“First time using this and it was so easy to do, easy to collect keys and car parked a minute away. High recommend. Bus journey was only a couple of minutes to airport. All one level and would be easy for people with walking issues or children.”
“Parking on our outward bound was fine. On our return , on receiving the car keys, I was advised of a change of parking location. As I got to that location, the parking space was empty, so I had to go back to the desk to advise them of the problem. I was then advised of another location in the staff parking area. As I and my wife are quite elderly, we found very difficult to do the long walking. Eventually we found the car in the opposite direction of the original location. After having wasted an hour of our time, we went on our way. I thought it was a disgusting service altogether. Will not be recommending that car park to anyone.”
