“Very easy to use the car park, with self check-in desks on arrival. And efficient service for keys on return.
The area for storing luggage on the bus could be better, not easy to use for the less able bodied! And the price for a week has gone up more than inflation from the last time we used it!”
“No problem at all with the service which was very good, but the price of £85.99 for 5 nights is way too expensive and that's the only reason I have given 3 stars and would not recommend it”
“When you arrive you park your car in a space, hand your keys in at the carpark desk (remove all keyrings) etc) and then hop on a 5 min bus ride to the terminal. When you return you get on a bus directly outside the terminal door and return to the carpark desk, they will issue your keys - very smooth - would recommend.”
“Thank you for your email. Due to unfortunately loss of passport at the check in gate we were unable to proceed with flight. Although we were happy to pay for one day to be charged for the full amount was a bit much as we only parked for two hours. Did contact customer services who had no manager available to speak and couldn’t indicate as to when there
Would be one available very strange as usually there is a duty manager so don’t think I would use the service again. Although the team at the zone itself were very helpful”
“Efficient check in and transportation. Only problem was we were given the incorrect parking bay number and had to spend 30 minutes in the dark, carrying our cases and trying to locate our car on our return. Presume an admin error.(eventually found our car a huge distance away from the bay number we were given). Not a great ending to our holiday.”
