“It’s the 5th of July 2022, returned from holiday on 17th June. Silverzone have lost an electric key fob , contacted using numbers on website all you get through to us gate man. He says email them which we have done using the e mail on website. Still no reply. Absolutely shambolic. I will not use their facility again. Feel free to contact me. Fob costs £100 to replace.”
“Unfortunately on arrival we had to park my car with myself and my wife in quite away from the main building and pull our suitcases across rough ground made up of large gravel and found it difficult to say the least !!! the self service check in was made easier with the help of a member of staff !! the bus to the the airport terminal always seem over full and some people with suitcases standing found it a bit difficult to maintain balance this was the same on the return journey on arrival !! the collection of the keys and moving the car up nearer the main building was very good with no problems !! I have used Silver Zone many times over the years and i
