“Why when I parked my car as close as I could to the key collection point ,was it moved more than four times the distance away ,as a senior citizen it made transporting my luggage extremely difficult”
“Prompt efficient service, good value for money and staff very polite and helpful. The only negative which always been the case for the 12 years we have used it, are the buses are designed poorly with regards to customers needs to place their suitcases in a safe position, as they end up standing with them and they then move around.”
“We have always used Silver Zone and found them to be efficient and reliable. However this time was not such a good experience on leaving the airport after collecting our car. At the barrier the machine would not accept our ticket in order to let us through. Using the intercom I explained to the guy that we couldn't get through, to be told that the ticket did not have the right Reg Number of the car!!! It seemed that instead of the Reg Number it just had the make of our car, which was of no fault of our own as we didn't process the details at the desk. We were told to make sure we have the correct Reg Number in future!!! Surely it's down to the staff to make sure this is entered correctly when they process it?? Apart from that everything was fine :)”
