“When we arrived at 4.30 in the morning there was a long queue so we joined it. After standing in it for about 20 minutes a member of the queue told us we had to check in! We thought the queue was for check in!
Once sorted all staff were very helpful and it turned out that there was obe bus short hence the delay.
Lucky for us it was not raining that morning.
Return was faultless.”

On return there was a long queue and long wait for the bus at the terminal, the remainder of the queue will have had an even longer wait for a second bus.
Arrival at the parking key collection was ok despite the crowd, HOWEVER it transpires they move the cars during the period - although the move is within the same car park, this means someone routinely enters the car during the period - this was not made clear in the booking process. This should be made abundantly clear during the booking before payment or application so that the decision can be made by the customer, and any valuables taken care of in advance.”
